The Principalship Institute (PI), Summer 2006

This is five-week summer institute. This program is designed for aspiring principals. Included are:

Skill building activities, in-baskets, leaderless groups, and case simulations.
Problem solving in real school situations.
Development of communication skills with multiple school audiences.
Training in Leadership Laboratories
Action research in solving school problems under the guidance of practicing principals.
3 to 6 hours of graduate course credit available.
