Sculpting the Spirit of Leadership

The primary goal of the Principals’ Center is to provide (a) training, (b) research, and (c) technical assistance to the principals of Texas and to the schools they serve.
A secondary goal is to make a national impact through: (a) its work in training more culturally linguistically responsive school leaders, (b) its publications in academic and practitioner journals, (c) its participation in the International Network of Principals’ Centers (INPC) and professional associations, and (d) policy statements to governmental agencies that establish conditions for the training and professional development of principals.
