Feedback and evaluation are an integral part of designing interactive videoconferences. Feedback encourages change and modifies learning, roles, and the overall program. Evaluation should be planned, scheduled, and implemented just as the program objectives, formats, and strategies.

Participant’s Evaluation
Participant evaluation focuses on participant progress in the program. As with ass of the areas of evaluation, participant evaluation is a part of the overall program design and is implemented, analyzed, and reported periodically during the program and at its conclusion. New ideas for assessing individual and group progress have evolved. Instructors can choose from an array of either individual or group possibilities that include:
