    Welcome! This is a project involving the participation of preservice teachers taking a course entitled Educational Technology: Theory and Practice in the Department of Educational Curriculum and Instruction, Texas A&M University, USA, and students majoring in the Department of English Language and Literature, Fu-Jen Catholic University, Taipei, Taiwan.

    The US preservice teachers and the Taiwanese students were matched one on one through E-mail connections. The project objectives were identified by instructors of both sides.
