Martha Kyrillidou, Greek
Director, ARL Statistics and Service Quality Programs,
Association of Research Libraries.
          Martha was named the 2007 "Alumnus of the Year" by the Kent State University Librarianship MLS program. Although Greek, Martha has nevertheless been a driving force in the library service quality improvement effort, and in LibQUAL+^(R) as well.



Colleen Cook,
Dean and Director,
          Texas A&M University Libraries, and
Holder of the Sterling Evans Chair in Library Sciences.
          Colleen was one of the driving forces behind the creation of LibQUAL+^(R), as detailed on the Birth of LibQUAL+^(R) web page.
