• The focus of my research is on the effects and impact of telecolloboration for educational purposes -
• Taiwanese ESL students with preservice teachers learning to teach online
• Comparative impact of visualization training on Taiwanese and U.S. middle school students
• Polish visualization students with U.S. computer graphics students learning to create discussion starters with multimedia "Trigger Visuals"
• Mexican school students with Texan school students for shared curricular activity.

Teaching

I incorporate an international perspective in the courses that I teach.

• Instructional design involves learner and context analyses for consideration of variables that impact the quality of instruction
• During study abroad in Costa Rica I studied Spanish and taught Field Experiences in International Education
• Have supervised 2 doctoral students working on cross-cultural dissertations
