Use the Remote to Call-Hang-up and create an IP connection to another site using an IP address number. Always have the phone number for the remote site when connecting via IP. If there is a problem, all we can do is reboot (turn the codec off and on again by flicking the switch on the left side (facing the unit). CoDec stands for "coder/decoder" because it codes and decodes the digital signal.
When connecting through TTVN, normally they call/dial into our rooms using the numbers below. If not, they will tell you what number to dial. For help, call TTVN Ops at 969-862-2241 and call TTVN scheduling at 969-862-2240.

If nothing is working, an option is to connect to the site via telephone using the speaker phone to create a conference call. And/or to record the meeting and stream it for the distance viewers to watch later using REAL player.
